My Friends!All my friends stopped by today!

Well, almost all, that is to say.

I tossed and turned and woke to see

My good friend Cheer across from me.

We sat and talked, but then she walked,

Though I called her name dejectedly.

The hours crept by as I peered at my phone.

And that is when Loneliness found me alone.

He pined and he moaned and I wished him away.

I rather dislike seeing him every day.

So that's when I got up and dialed some tones.

My ears filled with voices to drown out his groans.

He stood up and walked out and then he was gone.

So then who was that who was crossing my lawn?

Anger was coming to pound on my door.

He burst in
